Skills and Learning Outcomes
These fundamental skills are based on the idea of story. Understanding the structure of stories in general, the stories the runes as a group tell, and then applying that understanding to the stories of our own lives.
Why did we choose a story-based approach to meet your desired outcomes?
By connecting to the power of story we hope to bypass the frustration and fragmented understanding of the runes many of you expressed in the survey, and build a more holistic and satisfying framework that you can learn to use on your own.
Completing this course, including the exercises, will build your capacity so that you will be able to move forward towards one or all of these outcomes.

You will leave this course with greater in depth knowledge, and intuitive understanding of the runes, and ability to interepret for yourself.

If you feel flooded with conflicting information about the runes, and if you want to remember the meanings so you don't have to consult them all the time, this course will help you gain intuitive knowledge.

If you want to learn the way the runes act in a reading, or tie the runes together when doing a reading and learn how the runes interact, this course will teach you.

Hello, I'm Tyriel
I created the Rune Secrets website in 2008 after a decade of research. I have been using the runes for radical personal transformation more than half my life.
Like you I had some frustrations and obstacles when it came to learning them. Reliable information on them was scarce, and when found, conflicting interpretations were given.
I wanted to go deeper than the superficial meanings, and gain an intuitive understanding of my own.
Not only that, I wanted to know what the runes were telling me as a whole, and what they said when put together in readings, and bindrunes. I wanted to know what the reversed or 'negative' rune meanings meant. No one seemed to talk about them!
Eventually my questions led to me discovering a way to connect to my inner teacher. Now I have the opportunity to pass on a method I know will really help others on their rune journey.
